But from time to time the procession of gossip, recycled tweets and leaks from the special advisers and bag carriers who provide the daily bread and butter for the site is interrupted with a serious story.
Staines claims the scalp of the former Lib Dem MP for Portsmouth, Michael Hancock, who stood down after it emerged that he had had an inappropriate relationship with a constituent. The site also demolished the career of Damian McBride, who it discovered was planning to smear senior Tories, and had a leading part in the destruction of Chris Huhne, another LibDem MP, over the speeding offence that ultimately forced his resignation and ended his marriage.
The website sets stories running. So we need to solve global warming through technology. Everything else is fantasy. Guido launched an environmental section to its site, calling it Gaia Fawkes.

Guido Fawkes. Guido Fawkes on LinkedIn. Archived July 13, Their actions were, at the least, a most serious breach of duty to the Court in the administration of justice. Whilst admitting he was insolvent at the time he provided the personal guarantee under false pretence, Staines was not quite so candid about the fact he misled the Court and fabricated a contract that never was.
Statutory law makes it a criminal offence to knowingly mislead the Court, but to do so to obtain pecuniary interest by deception, is not only perjury , but Staines has, we allege, committed the offences defined in section 2 and in section 3 of the Fraud Act , for making false representations and for failing to disclose information, indictable offences punishable by up to years imprisonment.
This was, quite categorically a conflict of interest, somewhat incriminating Judge Rimer, which is likely why he failed to request sight of the contract said to have originated the ex-parte proceeding. Rimer appeared to be working for Mr Staines and on the balance of probabilities, was acting under instruction of one of more Conservative Party politicians, close associates of Staines to ensure justice is not served on him.
Without substance or any evidence of the alleged contract, it was predetermined that Mr Walsh had entered a contract that never even existed and that witness immunity applied to Staines. The decision is clearly and obviously nonsensical and without foundation, another case of the courts aiding and abetting fraud.
Emphasising the importance of judicial impartiality, in common law, any decision that conflicts with the principle of natural justice, no matter how fair it may seem, is a nullity if either of the two principles are violated. The second principle is known as audi alteram partem, meaning, hear the other side. In this case, both principles have been violated, voiding the Court of Appeal decision from the outset.
Mr Walsh explained that the House of Lords, as they were then known and now the Supreme Court, sought not to try the issues that were covered up by the Court of Appeal. The concealment prevails throughout the justice system, political interference is the driver. Witness immunity applies to protect vulnerable witnesses in criminal proceedings so they can freely give evidence. It clearly does not apply to provide impunity to defendants and particularly not in civil cases where any question of material non-disclosure or deliberately misleading the court is an issue.
The point of law in question is the fact that Mr Staines committed fraud and that the order was founded by fraud when the courts have a duty to do justice in the public interest. In the UK, they do not.
